Long bio:

In 2007, just after turning 39, I found my own breast cancer and soon learned that it was triple-negative breast cancer. Since then I've been declared cancer free and have been through the full range of emotions in dealing with scares of recurrences. Every day I have to remind myself that health really must be number one priority before work and social--without health we are nothing and have nothing to give to anyone else.
