Long bio:

I'm one of those people who believes that the two most important things in our lives, our families and our health, are also the ones that we take the most for granted. So I feel fortunate for the opportunity to write about both of them on Healthcare Hacks and Parenting Squad. While I'm not trying to encourage people to celebrate their families and their health, I'm a stay-at-home-dad who is also training to be a real man in the wilds of Vermont by chopping firewood, shoveling copious amounts of snow, studying martial arts, and attempting to finish a barn with my own two hands.
