With a passion for the little things in life, a former 'career' as a pioneering patient, and a sassy spirit with just enough sweetness to get me by, I live by my self-created motto: when life kicks your ass, kick back.

Most content just hanging out with my family and friends, I am a former corporate marketing guru and now a happy energy therapy practitioner. I have a passion for helping people release unprocessed emotions and other blocks that are keeping them from their full healing potential. I am always honored when I am able to walk on another's journey with them, even if just for a short time.
I am independent and proud, never following a crowd or style trend. After struggling for over seven years with a chronic illness, I am now fufilling my passion of helping other people heal too. I specialize in simplified emotional healing. Yep, it really exists.
I love people, but am equally as happy sitting in silence tapping the keys on my laptop that I cannot seem to part with, even for a day. I am inspired and driven by few things, but when I am, there is no stopping me. I will fight for it, stand by it and become it, if I must.
I find contentment in writing, reading, photography, cooking, and cleaning (yes, really). I am a computer nerd, make a mess when I “organize” things, and play in the mud when I garden.
After traveling all over the U.S. to find out why my 25 year-old body was falling apart, I became a patient pro. Finally, in February of 2007 I discovered the reason for my neuropathy and other suspicious ailments that no one could unscramble - a missed case of Lyme Disease and other co-infections. Since then, I've ferociously fought to regain wellness. And, I've won!
This blog features my journey to India for embryonic stem cell therapy, as well as serves as information and support for anyone ready to take charge of their own health.
